## Reassignment Criteria

Before we cover the main topic of this article (how to reassign meetings), there are some details that should be useful to better understand the reassignment logic:

  * If the meeting was scheduled through an Admin [Scheduling Link](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/29763780952467-Scheduling-links-in-ChiliCal), Ownership Rule, or using the individual user distribution option in a Router or Journey, Chili Piper will display all users who are part of the workspace where the link, Router, or Journey exists.

  * If the meeting was scheduled through a Round-Robin [Distribution](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/29260564275603-Workspace-Assets-Distributions), Chili Piper will display who is next in line according to the [Team](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/13947287157011-Managing-Teams) inside the [Distribution](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/29260564275603-Workspace-Assets-Distributions). You can switch the [Distribution](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/29260564275603-Workspace-Assets-Distributions) if required.

  * If a user is greyed out, it means they are not available at the meeting time. They can have either a busy block at the same time or the meeting is happening outside their working hours.

  * We do **not** consider minimum scheduling notice or max availability range for reassignment scenarios
