**Welcome to ChiliCal!**

ChilICal makes scheduling easy and accurate for revenue teams who want qualified meetings and have no time to waste.

In this article, we will take you through the very first steps to set up your account and get ready to start booking meetings.

## 1 - Initial login

If you are not a Chili Piper Admin, start with [**this link**](https://fire.chilipiper.com); if you are a Chili Piper Admin, use [**this link**](https://fire.chilipiper.com/fire/admin). You will be redirected to the initial login screen, where you will be able to select your calendar provider (Google or Outlook). Click the one associated with your calendar provider.

After that, you will be redirected to a page where you can define some of your personal details: First and Last Name, Chili Piper URL (we will let you know if the one you choose is already in use), and your company role. Click "Next" once done with this setup.

In the next screen, you will be asked to select a meeting location such as Google Meet, Zoom, or any custom one; this can be updated later in your Meeting Type settings, too. Choose the one you would like to use for now and click "Next".

## 2 - Connect your Personal Integrations

Establishing your integrations is an important piece of your ChiliCal setup to ensure you will benefit from the tool the most.

Over there, you will be able to connect your personal **calendar** and **Zoom** integrations, which 

The **calendar** connection is a key piece because it's from there that Chili Piper will collect your availability to be displayed to your prospects, ensuring busy slots will not be double-booked, for example.

Integrating **Zoom** ensures that your Zoom-related links will be populated in your Meeting Types if you set Zoom on their location, for example.

## 3 - Configure your Working Hours and Availability Schedules

Having your working hours correctly set ensures you will receive meetings only when you are supposed to, so this is a must. Working hours are part of Chili Piper's Availability Schedule feature, that streamlines the booking process by allowing users to create custom schedules for certain scenarios.

This ensures that the right times are available for the right meetings, improving efficiency and organization. By tailoring availability, users can better manage their calendars and provide a seamless scheduling experience for prospects.

ChiliCal has different assets to help you reduce no-shows, collect the required data from prospects, and ensure that the meeting invite has the required data for a productive meeting:

Meeting Types is the asset that will define how your meeting will look in terms of duration, subject, branding, buffers, and many other cool features that will make your and your prospects' lives easier.
