If you are a Microsoft Admin who wants to install the Chili Piper app for your Office 365 Organization, now it's even easier to do so in the MSFT Admin Portal! Please follow these steps to deploy the Chili Piper for O365 and take advantage of the [Chili features in Outlook](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053020894#h_01EMM958JH9WV1S6WRG8TAB3KC).

Orr navigate directly to the [Integrated Apps](https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home?#/Settings/IntegratedApps) page.

  2. Search for "Chilical" in the Search AppSource Apps search bar at the header, and then click "Get it now" once the Co-pilot appears as a search result:

3\. A pop-up will open, asking you to confirm whether you want to download the app. Microsoft will likely ask you to confirm your credentials next, as well.

4\. Now, select which option you prefer for the deployment - you can choose to assign the app only to yourself, to the entire organization, or only to specific users/groups. You can also notify such users when the Add-In is installed.

5\. Click **Next** to read the permission scope
![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/33023054969875)

6\. Click **Next** , then click **Finish Deployment** and **Done**. According to Microsoft, the Add-In may take up to 6 hours to appear in Outlook if you are installing it for your organization or a group of users - this waiting period is not expected when users are installing only for themselves.

Congrats, you just installed the Chili Piper app for your Organization! You can change the app's settings anytime on the [Integrated Apps](https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home?#/Settings/IntegratedApps) page.

If any of your users report that the Add-in is not visible to them, please confirm whether they are using Outlook's macOS Desktop version, as this may be related to Outlook's Privacy Settings in macOS. If that's the case, you can guide them to:

  1. Click **Outlook** in your OS's header
  2. Then, click **Settings** , and finally **Privacy**
  3. Enable the _"Turn on optional connected experiences"_ checkbox:
