1. Add this checkbox field in Salesforce on Contacts and Lead objects: “No show”, field name must be “No_Show_CP”. By default, it should be false.[![5f4fbb19d4593.png](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/360088786253)](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/360088786253)

  2. There are a few ways that a meeting can be marked a No-Show:
     1. With the [Chili Piper browser extension](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/26358067338771-ChiliCal-s-Co-Pilot-Browser-Extension), you can change this field to true from the meeting in Google Calendar. If needed, more details can be found [here](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800013-Managing-No-Shows-and-Booking-Again-from-Google-Calendar).

     2. Using a Custom Button in Salesforce. More details [here](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/36584062881299-Demand-Conversion-Platform-Custom-Button-for-Marking-a-No-Show-via-Salesforce-Event).

     3. In-app via Meetings Activity or MyApp's Home Page. [Click here](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/33508186571667-Managing-No-Shows-in-the-Demand-Conversion-Platform) for more details

  3. Create a “No Show” field in Outreach and map it to the Salesforce field for Leads and Contacts.![5f4fbb1a9cc9b.png](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/360087635674)
  4. Start a sequence once this field changes via [Outreach triggers](https://support.outreach.io/hc/en-us/articles/221361788-Trigger-Overview). This sequence can have anything between 3 steps and 7 spanned over two months, depending on your cycle. Here’s an example trigger:![5f4fbb1b07420.png](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/360087635694)And a step in the “No Show” sequence:![5f4fbb1bdb90f.png](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/360087635714)
