Before proceeding, we suggest downloading it [**here**](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/chilical-co-pilot-smart-s/chngjgginikejcpaejphfoglpppmjfne?pli=1) if you haven't yet. * * * ## Schedule a Meeting with a SalesLoft Contact After selecting a contact in SalesLoft's **People** tab, you'll notice ChiliCal's icon in the header: ![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/26509195688467) Click on the icon, and ChiliCal's Scheduler will open to start the booking process with the selected contact already included as the main Guest. ![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/26509195689491) You will be able to select the meeting host (yourself or a colleague), update/include guests, and adjust your meeting details, such as the template, duration, description, timezone, and so on. Click [here](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/32832883383443-ChiliCal-Co-Pilot-Extension-s-Scheduler) about ChiliCal's Scheduler! * * * ## Insert Suggested Times We also recommend checking our [**dedicated article**](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/26406525489299/) for the Suggested Times functionality to learn more about this functionality and its settings in more detail. While editing an email within SalesLoft, users can insert suggested times by clicking the extension button visible in the composer. Click on the ChiliCal icon while composing a new e-mail within a contact's "Emails" tab, and ChiliCal's Scheduler will open to start the Suggested Times process. ![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/26509323329171) You will be able to include multiple guests and update your meeting details, such as meeting type, duration, description, priority calendar, and so on. After adjusting the above-mentioned settings, click the "Insert Availability" button, and the slots will be included in the composer. That's it, ready to be sent! ![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/26509323335059) Once the prospect receives the e-mail, they will be able to select the slot and finish the booking process in one click. If your prospect selects a slot that became busy after it was initially sent, we will redirect them to select a new one. ### Priority availability While including suggested times, you probably noticed the "Priority availability" toggle on the Scheduler's screen. If it's toggled on in the bottom right, your guest will be able to book meetings over those you marked as flexible on your Priority Scheduling. [**Click here**](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/26318895256211/) to learn more about the Priority Scheduling functionality. * * * ## Insert Booking Link If you prefer sending your booking link instead of the suggested times, no problem; this is possible as well. To do that, you need to click on the "Insert scheduling link" button, and your personal booking link will be populated in the e-mail. ![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/26509195695379) * * * ## ChiliCommand Functionalities Also, while composing a new e-mail in SalesLoft, you should be able to use ChiliCommand's functionalities (more details [**here**](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/25737274874643-ChiliCommand-Draft#:~:text=be%20viewed%20once.-,Composer%20Open%20Mode%C2%A0,-Insert%20Auto%2DSuggested)in the "Composer Open Mode" section) to facilitate the booking process with the Lead or Contact.
