Integrating Zoom ensures that your reps' Zoom-related links will be populated if they use Zoom in their Meeting Types, ensuring a smooth meeting experience for them and their prospects.

Currently, there is no global integration for Zoom as we have for Google, Microsoft, and Salesforce, for example, but there are some steps that Zoom admins need to follow to ensure all users will be able to integrate with Chili Piper.

## Marketplace Approval

A Zoom Admin **must** approve the Chili Piper app in Zoom's Marketplace, which can be found at [**this link**](https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/1i-keOLcS8STx52IBS0s8Q). Otherwise, end-users will face an error like the one below while trying to integrate Zoom:

## Permission Scope

Below, you will find the permission scope and also which data Chili Piper's app will read/manage. This information can also be found in [**Zoom's Marketplace**](https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/1i-keOLcS8STx52IBS0s8Q), alongside other relevant data such as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

### App Can View Information:

  * **Profile & Contact Information:** May include user name, display name, picture, email address, phone number, job information, stated locale, account, user ID, contact lists added by the account or user (which may include contact information a user imports from a third-party app), and other profile information.  

  * **Settings:** Preferences and settings, which may include whether a passcode or a waiting room is required, permitted event capacity, screen sharing settings, and other settings and configuration information.  

  * **Product Usage:** Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.



### App Can Manage Information:

  * **Content:** Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.  

  * **Participants:** Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.  

  * **Registration & Scheduling:** Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.



### Requirements

  * **User role:** Any user
  * **Zoom account eligibility:** No additional requirements



### Scopes

  * **Meeting:** meeting:write, meeting:update, meeting:delete
  * **User:** user:read

## How can Users Integrate Zoom?

After approving the Chili Piper app in Zoom's Marketplace, end-users should be ready to integrate Zoom into their profiles and benefit from this integration.

Users can navigate to their [MyApp Integrations page](https://fire.chilipiper.com/app/integrations) and connect to Zoom there.
