This article guides users in setting up their GoToMeeting Integration in Chili Piper's Demand Conversion Platform.

GoToMeeting is a web conferencing tool that allows users to host online meetings, video conferences, and webinars. It features screen sharing, chat, and recording capabilities, making it easy for teams to collaborate remotely. Designed for businesses of all sizes, GoToMeeting emphasizes ease of use and reliable performance for effective virtual communication.

This integration is done on the individual user level. Each one of your Chili Piper users can connect their GoToMeeting account to Chili Piper in their user settings.

## Integrating GoToMeeting in Chili Piper

  1. Head over to [MyApp's Integrations page](https://fire.chilipiper.com/app/integrations), which should be visible whenever you open MyApp's [Home Page](https://fire.chilipiper.com/app/home). Check [this article](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/28328954191251-Personal-Integrations-Setup-in-ChiliCal-s-MyApp-Home-Page) for more details about this page.

  2. Click the **Connect** button on the GoToMeeting app:

  3. You will be prompted to log in to GoToMeeting. Use your GoToMeeting credentials to log in there.

  4. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected back to Chili Piper, and it will say connected!

### Disconnect

If you need to disconnect, once connected, you will see a "Disconnect" button within GoToMeeting's integration:

## Updating Meeting Templates and Reminders

Now that you've successfully integrated your GoToMeeting account, you can update your Team's **Meeting** **Types** and **Reminders** to include GoToMeeting links if you would like to!

### Meeting Types

GoToMeeting should be an available option within your Meeting Types' Location field, as shown below:

If you would like to replicate the link in your Meeting Type's description, you can use the CP.Meeting.Location dynamic tag to collect the value on the Location field and replicate it over there:

### Reminders

Similar to Meeting Types, you would need to use the CP.Meeting.Location dynamic tag to collect the value on the Location field and replicate it on your Reminder's body.

## What happens if a meeting is canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned?

If a meeting is canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned, Chili Piper will update the GoToMeeting meeting directly to keep your meetings in line.
