## Link Management

Once you access this setting, the first tab you will find is the **Links** one, where you can define which behavior and permissions end-users will have for their respective Scheduling Links. Let's cover each piece of information in more detail:

  * **User List:** A list of users with ChiliCal licenses. You can use the search bar at the top to facilitate your search.

  * **Team** : The Team(s) associated with each user will be displayed in this column.

  * **Can create personal Scheduling Links:** If you disable this option, users can no longer create personal scheduling links, and their current ones will be made inactive. If enabled, users can create personal scheduling links, and their links will be active.

  * **Default Scheduling Link:** When users **can't** create personal Scheduling Links (item above), this option will be available so Admins or Workspace Managers can assign a Meeting Type associated with the user's default link. When assigned a default scheduling link, users cannot change it until this is reversed.

If users **can** create personal Scheduling Links, this option will be set as "Keep user default settings" and will not be enabled for updates.
  * **Overwrite:** means the admin wants to ignore that the user is/was managed in a different workspace and wants to edit their settings. That user will be moved up on the table and will be made customizable.

    * Users who are selected to overwrite keep their current settings until the admin changes them.

## Booker Permissions

Before covering each set in more detail, we recommend being **extra careful** while enabling the options below. If enabled, users **can** receive meetings outside their working hours or during busy slots.

  * **User Availability:** When enabled, it allows Bookers to schedule meetings outside of others' working hours. You can also use suggested times to suggest times outside a colleague's working hours.

While booking, if this setting is enabled, you will receive one confirmation screen like the one below before finishing the booking:
![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/32038603080339)

  * **Busy Slots:** When enabled, it allows Bookers to schedule meetings over the busy slots of others. It does **not** allow the use of suggested times to book over busy slots.

While booking, if this setting is enabled, you will receive one confirmation screen like the one below before finishing the booking:
![](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/article_attachments/32038586719379)

  * **Allow Booker to override minimum schedule notice:** When enabled, Bookers can schedule meetings within the minimum notice time selected in the meeting type.

**Example:** It’s currently 9:00 AM ET, and the associated Meeting Type's Minimum Scheduling Notice setting is set to 2 hours. Normally, the earliest available meeting time would be 11:00 AM. With this setting enabled, a booker can still schedule a meeting before 11:00 AM.

The Booker will see a warning that the meeting is outside the minimum notice window, but they can still confirm the meeting.

  * **Always Show Availability for All:** When enabled, it will force the Handoff router to load with the "Show availability for all" option enabled, and block Bookers from disabling it. This would be an example default and initial view in Handoff if this setting is enabled:

  * **Allow Booker to ignore availability range of Meeting Types:** When enabled, Bookers can schedule meetings outside of/beyond the availability range set for **all** meeting types.

**Example** : It’s Monday, December 22, and the meeting type availability range is set to 1 week. Normally, a meeting could only be scheduled through next Monday. With this setting enabled, a booker can schedule beyond that range.

The Booker will see a warning that the meeting is outside the availability range, but they can still confirm the meeting.

## Users with settings in other workspaces

You will notice a section called "Users with settings in other workspaces" in the Users Control pages.

This section informs users about the permissions they have in other workspaces, as each workspace's User Controls have individual settings.

Having this information, Admins and Workspace Managers can be aware of permissions provided in other workspaces, facilitating any troubleshooting or information they may need.
