This section allows admins and Workspace Managers to define and control user-related behavior for their Team Members in **Handoff** , ensuring better organization and streamlined processes for your company.

## How to access Handoff's User Controls?

In the left-hand menu, expand the **Handoff** section, and then click "User Controls":

We will cover each setting listed in the following sections.

## Allow users to schedule into non-matching paths

This setting comes **disabled** by default. If **enabled** , Bookers can override matched Paths and select a non-matching one to schedule into.

Also, when **enabled** , this provides Bookers with more flexibility when scheduling meetings, but it also means you may find meetings booked with prospects that haven't matched the select Path.

If **disabled** and the prospect does not match with any Paths, Bookers won't be able to schedule a meeting.
