Sometimes, your prospects may be able to book a meeting with you (from a link in a sequence) without needing to reply to your emails. In this case, you will want to stop the sequence automatically.

Here’s how:

## Step 1 

Ensure that you have added the meeting type field to the Contact/Lead object in Salesforce, as per the instructions [here](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/34424043095443-Custom-Salesforce-Fields).

The Meeting Type Name is defined in your **Workspace > Assets > Meeting Types**.

## Step 2

Map this field for your prospects in Outreach.

## Step 3

Create a new trigger in Outreach that stops the sequence for your meeting type.
