## Extension Download

The functionalities shown in this document require the ChiliCal extension (Co-Pilot) to be downloaded and installed in your browser. Before proceeding, we suggest downloading it [**here**](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/chilical-co-pilot-smart-s/chngjgginikejcpaejphfoglpppmjfne?pli=1) if you haven't yet.

## Booking a Meeting from a new event

While creating a new event directly in Google Calendar, you'll notice ChiliCal at the bottom, where you will be able to include the prospect's e-mail and proceed with the booking process from there.

Clicking the "Open" button will lead you to ChiliCal Scheduler, where you can adjust your meeting settings (host, description, subject, duration, timezone, and so on) before sending the invite.

## Handoff Scheduler or ChiliCal Scheduler View

If you are also a Handoff user, you can use the Switch button the top-right to switch to a Handoff Router view, where you will be able to route the prospect/Guest based on your Rules.

If your initial view is directly the Handoff Scheduler (we open it based in your last choice), you can do the same steps to switch back to ChiiCal's Scheduler.

## Mark Guest as No-Show

This would be an important feature to facilitate your daily routine if you are credited back by No Shows in your Team's distributions.

Open an existing calendar event that has already happened and was booked with ChiliCal, and click the pencil icon to edit it.

You will notice a toggle on the right, where you can mark whether the Guest attended the event.

Once the No-Show is marked, we should update your CRM-related field and the in-app dashboard with this data. You will be credited a meeting if your Team's Distribution is set to do so.

The same happens if you mark it back from Not Attended to Attended.

## Book Again

Similar to the No-Show functionality we covered above, open an existing calendar event that has already happened and was booked with ChiliCal and click the pencil icon to edit it.

You will notice a Book Again button in the event; click on it, and the ChiliCal Scheduler will open. You can book the meeting again with the same meeting type and guests or update these data, like including any additional guests, for example.
