The HubSpot Reporting Package, powered by **Supered.io**, lets you install Chili Piper–ready reports, dashboards, and custom fields in HubSpot with just a few clicks.

This package is designed to dramatically reduce setup time for HubSpot admins and make it easy to report on the value Chili Piper delivers.

## Why install the reporting package?

Installing the HubSpot Reporting Package automatically creates the custom fields and reports needed to visualize Chili Piper activity directly in HubSpot.

With the package installed, you can:

- Reduce onboarding time for HubSpot admins

- Instantly generate a full Chili Piper dashboard in under 30 seconds

- Report on meetings booked by Chili Piper, even when [HubSpot Calendar Sync](https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/13802864051347-HubSpot-Engagements-and-Calendar-Sync) creates duplicate engagements

- Easily demonstrate Chili Piper’s impact to internal stakeholders

## How to install the package

- Install the [**Supered Chrome Extension**](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/supered/gaoiegipmllaihldahegfmgnlnkcplbp).

- Open the Chili Piper [**magic install link**](https://app.supered.io/package/setup/650e57e8-3180-4f34-9021-74024cba4dd0/Get_Chili_Piper)to install the reporting package into your HubSpot instance.

- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

 

Once installed, the package will automatically create the required custom fields, reports, and dashboard in HubSpot.

To view the dashboard, simply search for it in HubSpot’s dashboard library.

## What’s included in the package?

The reporting package removes the need for manual setup by automatically creating all required HubSpot custom fields.

You’ll be able to report on:

- Number of meetings booked per meeting type

- Meeting attendance (no-shows must still be marked manually by reps)

- No-show and cancellation trends by meeting type

- Total submissions and meetings generated through Chili Piper

## Considerations & FAQ

#### I’ve already created some custom fields manually. Can I still install the package?

Yes. The package can still be installed even if some custom fields already exist in your HubSpot instance.
 

#### How do I know the package was installed successfully?

You can confirm successful installation in two places:

- Inside the **Supered.io Chrome Extension**

- In HubSpot, where the Chili Piper dashboard will appear automatically
