## Extension Download

The functionalities shown in this document require the ChiliCal extension (Co-Pilot) to be downloaded and installed in your browser. Before proceeding, we suggest downloading it [**here**](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/chilical-co-pilot-smart-s/chngjgginikejcpaejphfoglpppmjfne?pli=1) if you haven't yet.

## Installation Steps

There are some steps users must follow in Outreach before launching ChiliCal's Co-Pilot:

- Find Chili Piper's app in Outreach's Marketplace: [https://marketplace.outreach.io/apps/chili-piper?store=public](https://marketplace.outreach.io/apps/chili-piper?store=public)

- Install it

- Ensure you are logged in [https://fire.chilipiper.com](https://fire.chilipiper.com)

- Install our Co-Pilot extension in Chrome and log in from there as well

## Schedule a meeting from an existing Outreach Prospect

Within your Prospects tab, select the prospect you would like to schedule a meeting and the ChiliCal icon will be visible right next to it.

Click on the icon, and ChiliCal's Scheduler will open to start the booking process with the selected prospect already included as the main Guest.

Over there, you can select the meeting host (yourself or a colleague), update/include guests, and adjust your meeting details, such as the template, duration, description, and so on. Once done, click the Schedule button, and that's it!

## Suggest Times and Schedule Meetings from the Email Composer

While writing a new email to a prospect, you will notice Chili Piper's icon in the composer. Ensure you have the prospect included in the "To" field so we can capture them as the meeting Guest.

If you installed Chili Piper previously while being a Legacy user, you may notice two icons, as shown above. Hover the mouse over and use the one that says "Chili Piper" (also as shown above) and not the one that says "Chili Piper Classic", as this one is for Legacy.

After launching the extension, you may be prompted with the Handoff Scheduler, where you will be able to route the prospect to your Rules Distribution and Teams, or ChiliCal's scheduler, where you can book a meeting to yourself, another Team Member and/or also send Suggested Times.

To get familiarized with the features above, we recommend checking their dedicated articles:
