As an admin, you may need to edit a user's settings on their behalf. This can include their personal details, booking links, or schedules.
Additionally, you can view a user's login session history and license history to see when they were activated and by whom.
Personal Details
Editing a user's personal details is the same process as editing your personal details. View this article for more information on adjusting personal settings and details.
Booking Links
The booking links section allows you to view a user's personal and workspace Meeting Types, preview their booking link, and see which Meeting Type their booking link currently associates with. If needed, you can edit this Meeting Type association.
To edit a user's booking link Meeting Type, click the "Edit" button in the top right, and the interface will be the same as when you are editing your own booking link:

Activity & History
The Activity & History section allows you to view the login history for the user you manage, who activated/deactivated their licenses, and when this action was taken.
Schedule
Managing a user's schedule can also be done for them, including any Custom Schedules they may have. Use this section to adjust a user's time zone, working hours, or custom schedule settings the same way you would with your own.
