Reachdesk's integration with Chili Piper makes it a breeze for your reps to include gifting as part of the meeting scheduling process, helping them:
- Stand out in crowded inboxes.
- Minimize no-shows.
- Be as easy as possible to buy from.
- Maximize their bandwidth to spend on crushing their quota.
Below, we'll cover all the steps to set up this integration and start getting benefits from it.
Campaign Setup
- In Reachdesk, either build a new triggered campaign as usual or edit an existing one. Marketplace, eGift, and bundle campaigns are all supported.
- Choose your campaign automation, select Generate link for multiple use, and toggle Book a Meeting on.
-
Continue with the campaign build. When you hit save, you'll be provided with two multiple-use links:
The first works like any other dynamic link and can be used in your CRM automation flows to send gifts to multiple contacts, whether to event attendees, groups of customers, or target prospects.
The second can be sent directly to the recipient via email, In-Mail, and social media messages.
We recommend sharing the link directly with your reps so they can add their own Chili Piper host URLs
-
For the dynamic link to work, you must first enrich the URL with the relevant meeting host information.
Copy the dynamic link from the previous step and paste it into wherever you're sending the meeting request.
Paste the relevant Chili Piper meeting URL into the dynamic link over where it says {MEETING_URL}.

💡 Notes:
- You can paste your own - or someone else's - Chili Piper host URL into the Reachdesk's link, ideal for BDRs booking on behalf of an AE. You can also use different meeting URLs to suit the length of the meeting you want to schedule.
- The recipient must exist in the CRM that is set up as CRM automation for the campaign. The link validates that the recipient exists in your CRM to ensure your gifting budget is only spent on bona fide prospects. If the recipient does not exist in your selected CRM, they will be asked to contact the sender to sort out the gift. However, this will not stop them from being able to book a meeting.
- If the calendar link added is incorrect (i.e. if the link points to a meeting host that does not exist), the recipient will not be able to book a meeting.
- If the campaign is paused or archived, the recipient can book the meeting, but they will then be asked to contact the sender to sort out the gift.
- Chili Piper Concierge functionality is not currently supported.
Meeting Scheduling and Gift Claim - Recipient Flow
- The recipient opens the dynamic link, selects a meeting date and time, and then inputs their name, email, and phone number in the Chili Piper frame. They are then asked to re-enter their email to be sent a gift.
- The recipient then receives another email through which they can claim their gift. This follows the same claim flow as any other Reachdesk gift.
