While Onboarding Chili Piper, you’ll notice that the User table from Salesforce syncs automatically to Chili Piper.
In other words, every SFDC Active user can then be enabled into Chili Piper by an Admin to receive their license, add the user to a workspace, etc…
What happens when a user leaves the company? The SFDC Admin turns off their SFDC License (Active = False), and then he needs to go into Chili Piper and disable the user manually.
We have created a package to simplify SFDC Admin & Chili Piper Admin's life!
Now, anytime an employee with both licenses leaves the Company, our process will automatically remove the CP User from any workspaces, queues, booking links, etc...

Post-Installation Steps
- Request your long-lived Token from your CSM.

Install the package in your Production or your Sandbox environment for all users.
- Configure the Chili Piper Custom Metadata.

Create a New record called “Settings.” (Be careful, every value is case-sensitive)
- Activate the SFDC Flow: “User - SFDC to CP: Remove User.”
