Chili Piper keeps hosts informed with email and Slack notifications for scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled meetings. Additionally, it alerts hosts if a prospect fills out a form but does not book a meeting to ensure no meetings or prospects are lost.
This article will explain how these notifications work, look and how to manage them to stay on top of your scheduling activities.

Meeting Scheduled, Rescheduled, or Canceled
Upon scheduling a meeting, the meeting Host will receive an email notification like the one below:
If the Slack integration is enabled, notifications will also be sent via the Chilinbot app on Slack.
Email and Slack (if connected) notifications are also sent to keep the host updated for rescheduled or canceled meetings.

Meeting Not Scheduled Notifications
Optionally, Hosts can be notified if a prospect fills out a form but does not schedule a meeting, enabling them to follow-up and check if they still need a demo or anything you may help them with.
To enable this, set up a Notify node on your Concierge Router. Add a “Notify Meeting Not Scheduled” node on the Not Scheduled branch of your Concierge router.
Configure the node settings to select the type of notification (Email and/or Slack) and specify any additional recipients.
Notifications will be sent via email and/or Slack, alerting the assigned representative to follow up.
Guest Notifications
Guests will receive a calendar invitation upon scheduling a meeting. If any changes occur, such as rescheduling or cancellation, updated notifications are promptly sent to ensure guests are informed.
