With Admin permissions, you'll want to go to your Admin Center and then Integrations. From this screen, you can connect to your Slack instance.
- If you don't see the Admin center, you don't have Admin permissions in Chili Piper. Reach out to us or have your current admin update that for you.
Then you'll want to press "Connect" next to Slack, which will prompt you to insert your workspace URL, log in with Slack, and select the workspace you would like to integrate Chili Piper with.
You'll want to make sure to accept the permissions scope:
Once you've successfully connected, you'll see a "Connected" status under the Slack logo, such as below:
From the end-user's side, have them add the Chili Piper app to their personal Slack app. The app is named Chilibot.
And then your team is all ready to go and will receive Slack notifications!
