Rules
Several rules can be adjusted for meeting distribution. As a Super Admin, these rules can be adjusted under Workspace Settings
> Calendar & Round Robin
> Round Robin
- Credit back assignee if a meeting is marked as a no-show. See how you can start managing no-shows for your team
- Credit back assignee if a meeting is canceled
- Allow re-assignment on events (old assignee is credited back a meeting)
- Meeting count - the round-robin algorithm counts resets by default each month. This can be modified to maintain a continuous count.
Weights
Change rules of distribution with weights for each assignee:
How weights work: to allocate a greater distribution of meetings to specific reps, make their weight percentage more than 100% while maintaining the reps who should be receiving fewer meetings at 100%
Example: If Mary, Joe, and Stacy had the following respective weights for the month: 200%, 100%, 100%, and 60 completed meetings were booked for them, the distribution would be as follows: 30, 15, 15. Mary is receiving 2x the meetings allocated to Joe and Stacy.
Pro tip: if you change weights midway through your cycle, make sure to make a note of it; otherwise, it will be harder to keep track of your meeting distribution
Note: We do not take weighting into account when a prospect is routed through queues for prospects who didn't take action.
Combine Round-Robin rules across queues
The round-robin counter can be attributed across several queues. You can adjust this under Workspace Settings
> Calendar & Round Robin
> + Add Grouping
For instance, if you have a round-robin queue with North American - Enterprise accounts with Mary, Joe, and Stacy and Canada - Enterprise accounts with Mary, Joe, and Mike, but you want distribution to be fair across the two groupings, then you can create a special grouping as follows:
Give your grouping a name and save.
