With SalesLoft’s dynamic fields + Chili Piper booking links, you can add your Chili Piper booking link in your email signature to allow your email recipients to book a meeting in ONE click. We see 5x increases in conversion with this kind of smart calendar URLs.
In this article, we will describe how you can add a booking link to your SalesLoft email signature:
1. Identify your Personal booking link.
As an admin, you can find your team’s calendar URLs under your “User Settings" tab.
If you are a user, copy your calendar link from your Booking Links page in Chili Piper.
2. Copy your booking link to a notepad.
3. In your notepad, add the following dynamic field to the copied booking link:
?id={{email_address}} (⚠️ IMPORTANT: do NOT replace “email_address” with your own email, leave it as it is)
You should end up with a URL that looks like this:
https://calendar.chilipiper.io/book/me/mary-jones?id={{email_address}}
4. In your email signature, add a call to action
An example text could be "Book a time with me".
Click on the link icon in the 'Email Signature" section to add your booking link.
Add the link from the notepad in step 3 above (your calendar + dynamic tag) as in the screenshot below and "Save".
