Here at Chili Piper, our team is dedicated to our customer's success. Every one of our accounts is taken care of by two team members - an Account Manager and a Customer Success Manager. We also have a stellar Product team to assist the Customer Success department with our customer's higher level needs.
There are a number of ways to get in contact with your CSM and the rest of the Chili Piper team.
*Reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org or scheduling a meeting with your Account Manager/Customer Success Manager are the most effective ways in which to get in contact with our team.
In-app, next to "Schedule Call," there is an option to contact us which will open an email to email@example.com
Feel free to email us or to reach out to your Account Manager/Customer Success Manager at any time for anything that we can do to help out!
In-App Scheduling (For Admins)
At the bottom navigation bar in-app, when logged in as a user with admin permissions, there is an option to "Schedule Call."
Upon pressing the button, a popup will show with the different options available to get in contact with your Customer Success Manager.
*Being able to request a real-time phone or video call is dependent on the Customer Success Manager being available at that time.
In-app, we also have a chat that you can use to contact the Customer Success team.
After opening the chat widget, you can start a conversation with one of the members of our CS team.
