This feature enables you to limit or "cap" the number of meetings an Assignee can have for a respective meeting template in a given timeframe.
Examples:
-
I only want to take 3 Chili Pipers meetings of type “Onboarding” within a day.
-
I only want my AE's to be able to have 10 "Demos" meetings per week.
This feature applies to both:
- The Chrome Ext
- Online Booking URLs
How to set up
Step 1: Navigate to your Meeting Types - Templates and select the meeting template you wish to apply this setting to
Step 2: Within the Meeting Template, expand the "Advanced Settings" drop-down
Step 3: Locate the "Cap the number of times an Assignee can be booked...." setting
Step 4: Check the box and configure the capping you wish to apply
Detailed Example
You have Larry, Molly, and Kris as Assignees in a Queue for "Onboarding".
The setting is enabled to Cap the # of times Assignee can be booked to 2 meetings every one day for the "Onboarding" Meeting Template.
The "Onboarding" Queue has the "Onboarding" Meeting Templates set up as the default meeting template for this Queue.
Thursday has the following meetings:
- Larry - 1 Meeting thru this type
- Molly - 1 Meeting thru this type
- Kris - 2 Meetings thru this type
When the prospect views slots for Thursday, he only sees availability for Larry and Molly. Although Kris has availability, we do not show his slots on Thursday because he has reached his limit.
