Why? If you want to separate your teams' settings. For instance, customer success and prospecting teams have their own meeting templates and calendar settings. Or the marketing team wants to have their own queue setup for the Concierge.
Who? You have to have superpowers to create new instances. If you can access the Admin Center, it means you possess these powers and you are a Master Admin.
How?
You can either click "Manage" under the meetings app to view all of your workspaces, or if you've recently viewed one, it will appear above this to allow you to quickly edit it again.
After you press "Manage", you have the ability to create a brand new workspace for your team.

Invite users to a workspace
As a master admin user, you can invite new users to workspaces, choose their roles, and this will define which license type they also have. Once added, you can adjust a user's license easily.
Steps to adding inviting a new user
1. Head to the Active Users page
2. Click "Invite to Meetings"
3. On the window that pops up, do a search for a user based on their email. If their profile exists in your CRM, it will show here, otherwise just the email is needed
Click "Add". It's that easy!
4. Once you've added users, you can select from the dropdown menus which workspace they're in. This will automatically choose a license type for them based on the workspace!
Note, you can also select their roles within that workspace - Admin, or User. Admins can manage workspace settings, while users are simply members of that workspace.
Note: If you want the user to be a master admin (not just a workspace admin), this can be managed under the main Active Users page.
Good to know:
- Conference details are common across workspaces. For instance, if Jen Hewitt is using a specific zoom.us conference link, she can use that link with the same dynamic tag {!Conference.Details} across all workspaces
- Queues settings (round robin configurations, calendar settings) are common for all CRM related workspaces. You can find them under "Manage Instances" - "CRM Instances - Preferences"
