Chili Piper can create a lead or contact directly from your booking link to Salesforce) with a post-booking form. Additionally, you may add a hidden field to these forms to pass on additional parameters when a new lead or contact is created. This gives you the ability to add extra information about the lead or contact directly to the record in Salesforce.
This form will only appear if the booking link does not have an identifier (i.e., email or SFDC ID), as the prospect is already known within Salesforce.

You will need to create a new form with the correct parameters in place. From here, you may select whether that parameter is Hidden or Required.
These forms are tied to your meeting templates. You must create a new meeting template, separate from the default forms, then configure the settings with the corresponding form, as indicated below.
