There are several conference options available for Meeting Types and Reminders. Some are dynamic, while others allow you to add your own static link to the meeting type.
Here, we'll go through some of the available options.
Conference Details
Conference Details are a static link text option that can contain any conference link of your choosing, whether Chili Piper has native integration with that app or not.
They can be edited by each individual user in their profile or modified by Admin users via the Users table.
In Meeting Types and Reminders, you can use the following dynamic tags:
{!CP.Assignee.Conference.Details} |
Conference details for the user who receives a meeting (assignee) |
{!CP.Booker.Conference.Details} |
Conference details for the booker. Useful if the organizer is also set as booker. |
Using {!Conference.Details} will use the conference details you set up for your team.
