One-click Booking from Outreach Sequences

With Outreach’s dynamic fields + Chili Piper calendar links, you can allow your prospects to book a meeting in ONE click. We are seeing  5x increases in conversion with this kind of smart calendar URLs.

1. Get your Scheduling link

Copy the scheduling link you will be using in the sequence. These can be found in the ChiliCal Chrome Extension, Command + M, or in MyApp.

Chrome Extension

You can use a personal link you created or a link shared with you by your admin.

Command ⌘ + M

Hit the Command ⌘ + M shortcut to launch Chilical from wherever you are working. You can then copy your default scheduling link or view all of them.

MyApp

If you login to Chili Piper's MyApp you can view all your links and copy the one you want.

2. Make your booking link more effective

Add the following parameter at the end of the calendar &id={{email}}

Your final smart calendar link should look something like this:

https://calendar.chilipiper.com/book/me/mary-joe&id={{email}}

3. Insert it in a template

Copy the booking link and paste it in a template as a link:

When you send it to your prospects, Outreach will automatically replace the email ID with the prospect ID, and our prospects will be able to book in one click.
