Meeting Types allow you to save time by pre-populating the calendar invite, the contents correspond to the existing sections of your Calendar invites in Google or Outlook
You can create these on a personal level under My Workspace here, or for the team as an Admin by Navigating to Meeting Types - Templates. Here are some examples
Dynamic Fields
Use these to automatically populate information such as your prospect's name or your Zoom details, here is a guide to them
Meeting Buffers
Enable these to create Busy blocks in-between meetings to avoid being booked back-to-back
Availability
Adjust this as needed for each meeting type or leave it as is, default settings are automatically applied
Salesforce Options
If your templates are involved in your inbound flow or meeting handoff, you might want these enabled to help keep Salesforce tidy
Advanced Settings
These settings are optional based on your preferences. If you have customized a Form in Chili Piper to be used if a prospect's information is not automatically known, you can relate it to the Meeting Type here
Meeting Type Description
Add a little blurb on the meeting purpose if this Meeting Type is used on a link where there are multiple Meeting Types enabled
