Chili Piper helps customer-facing teams schedule meetings more simply with their customers and prospects. Chili Piper’s advanced routing and scheduling ensures that meetings are routed to the right teams and fairly distributed across team members — giving your prospects and customers a seamless experience. You can route meetings via round robin or based on any combination of filters, like existing account ownership or territories, so you don’t have to waste time referencing sales spreadsheets or searching in Salesforce. Once a meeting is booked, the app automatically sends a calendar invite and meeting reminders, and logs the details of the meeting in Salesforce.
With Chili Piper's Zoom integration, you can dynamically create a unique Zoom meeting ID every time a new meeting is booked. These meetings will show up in your Zoom dashboard. Should a meeting be canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned, Chili Piper will update the Zoom meeting directly to keep your meetings in line.
This integration is done on the individual user level, once approved by the admin in Zoom Marketplace. Each one of your Chili Piper user's can connect their Zoom account to Chili Piper in their personal user settings.

Updating Meeting Templates and Reminders
Now that you've successfully connected your Zoom account, you can update your Team's Meeting Templates and Reminders with the {!Assignee.Zoom} dynamic fields.
Notes:
- You should only use 1 of the 4 Merge Fields below within your Meeting Templates / Reminders.
- For example, you would not use both {!Assignee.Zoom} & {!Booker.Zoom.USDetails} within the same Meeting Template as this would create 2 unique Zoom meetings and likely confuse your Prospect/Customer as to which one to join.
- We recommend placing the Merge tag within the "Description" of the Meeting Template (not the "Location")

For Meeting Templates:
When meetings are booked, the field will automatically populate in the description with a Unique Zoom Link.
For Reminders:
When your reminders are sent out, the field will automatically populate in the body of the email with a Unique Zoom
Important: When leveraging these in your meeting template and reminders, you must use the same dynamic tag in both.
Meeting passcodes
A meeting passcode is automatically generated and included in the invite if you've enabled this in Zoom, either under Account settings (global) or in your individual settings. These are the two settings that need to be enabled for the Zoom link to include the passcode hash:
In the calendar invite, the Zoom meeting URL will now include:
- the ?pwd= hash -> the prospect will be redirected to the Zoom call without needing to enter the passcode
- the passcode in plain text
Example: https://zoom.us/j/5012718516?pwd=ekZ4WVJTMFZqN0lnbDBGK2JQak9Pdz09 (password = 123457)
To disconnect:
1. Head over to your personal integrations under my settings
2. Click on the three dots and then click "Disconnect"
