The Video Queue's functionality within your Concierge Inbound Router was built to allow your prospects to automatically begin a conference call via a web form, web app, desktop app, or mobile app. Once you set up Queues with routing rules, the Instant Video calls will be routed to the appropriate Team member based upon round robin, Ownership, Territory assignment, etc.
Integrated with your Google/O365 Calendar and your video conferencing system (Zoom or RingCentral), we'll only offer the choice to have an instant video call to the prospect or customer if you have a rep available.
Requirements:
- Chili Piper Concierge Videos and Calls subscription on your account.
- A video conferencing system (Zoom or RingCentral) connection or direct link.
- You can use either Conference Details in your profile OR a connected integration.
Availability Requirements:
- The form that the User submits must be properly mapped to capture their email address.
- At least one assignee needs to be available AND within the working hours defined in their profile or the Meeting Type.
How to set up:
With Integrations
1. Have each Assignee within the queue connect to their video conference app of choice within their Personal Integrations Settings
In this example, I can confirm I am connected to Zoom:
2. Create a related Meeting Type of 15-30 minutes (recommend). It will need to contain the video conference tag of choice. Note again that this Zoom tag reflects what I have connected in the User profile.
3. Toggle the Queue on within the Video section of the Inbound Router:
4. Once a prospect submits a form that routes to a queue, the video option will appear
5. Clicking this, the assignee will receive a notification in Slack or the Chrome Extension, allowing them to connect with the prospect immediately.
6. Once they connect, a busy meeting block will appear on their calendar at the time of the conference connection to take them out of the rotation.
With Conference Details
1. Have each Assignee add their own video conference link to their Personal Profile page in an appropriate format. An appropriate format would be any shareable link from that video provider.
2. Create a related Meeting Type of 15-30 minutes (recommend). It will need to contain the "Conference Details" dynamic tag, as this will populate the link from the assignee's profile.
