By default, for round-robin queues (flexible or strict), your users will see the next assignee with a star as the default person to book a meeting with. This assignee is the user with the fewest meetings assigned so far based on your setup rules.
This is what your users will see:
Prioritize the Default view for Velocity
You can change this setting to prioritize the default view your team gets, either see the Next Up in the queue or Show Availability for All.
To do that, you have to go to Workspace Settings > Round Robin Settings > Uncheck the checkbox in the screenshot below to NOT prioritize the "Next Up" in the queue" or leave it checked to see the "Next Up" assignee by default.
🔴 Red: No one is available
🔘 Gray: At least one person is available
⚪️ White: Multiple people are available
