Admins can easily upgrade a user's license when inviting them or enabling them within a workspace. If you have an Instant Booker licensed user but need them to be in a Handoff workspace, upgrading them can be easy!
Upgrading a user license
When you go to the Active Users page (in the Admin Center), you can see a list of users and their current licenses.
The top bar displays how many licenses of each type you have for quick reference.
Purchasing additional licenses
Purchasing additional licenses is easy too! Click on the option with no available licenses, and a popup will be presented so you can schedule a call with our Sales Team:
Clicking "Contact Sales" will present you with a calendar to schedule a call:
Once you have met with the sales team and purchased more licenses, you can enable those licenses for users under the Active Users page.
