Decrease no shows and increase meeting completion rates with Reminders. Reminder emails are sent to both the Prospect and the meeting Assignee.
Reminders can be set from either the Admin level or from the Personal level.
Admin reminders: Can be used with any admin (global) created meeting template.
Personal reminders: Can be used with any personal meeting template.
Follow these steps to create a Reminder template in Chili Piper:
1. Click Reminders, located either on your personal meetings page, or (as an admin) when you manage a workspace, then click "Add New Reminder".
2. Name the reminder, and be sure to activate the reminder when you are done.
3. Apply the reminder to the meeting templates: Make sure your reminders apply to your correct meeting templates:
4. Add any additional settings you'd like, including customization of the reminder email, time frames, and conditional configurations.
Note, you can use the basic HTML <img> tag and <a> tag to help tidy up your reminder template.
