Meeting Types for Events differ from Meeting Types for booking meetings in a few ways:
Schedule Date Range
Within a Meeting Type for an Event, you can specify the same working hours as the entire Event or specific days/hours. Likewise, the time zone is displayed here per the event's location.

If you want your prospects to submit a form, this is an optional step you define within the Meeting Type. Default is to not require a form.
