Not having meetings scheduled during public/bank holidays is a must for most Chili Piper users who happen to be out of office during these days.
For those cases, we recommend blocking your calendar with a busy/OOO event during the holiday. If you have an active calendar connection in your Personal Settings page, Chili Piper should sync this event and identify that you're unavailable to receive meetings on this day.
Suppose you have a distribution list or group in your calendar provider (Google or Outlook), like, for example, a group with all AEs, SDRs, CSMs, and so on. In that case, the Holiday-related invite can be sent to be accepted by all group members, avoiding it being done individually for each user.
