View meetings booked via personal links as an admin
Hey, hey!
We understand that Admins may want to see meetings booked via personal links in the Dashboard page for internal reporting-related tasks or any other reasons.
How, as an Admin, have you been dealing with this scenario? Below you'll find some workaround and suggestions to handle this!
Usually, meetings booked on users' personal links, such as https://calendar.chilipiper.com/book/me/fname-lname are associated with meeting types created in the user's personal workspace, such as "My meeting".
In such instances, only the user can view this on their dashboard in Chili Piper.
As an admin, there's a workaround to have dashboard visibility to meetings booked on personal links. You can guide reps to associate the personal booking link to a meeting created at a team workspace level.
From the user's personal workspace, have users go to Booking Links, click the Edit button on "My booking link"
Then click "Change" which will open up all active meeting types created (personal and workspace-level)
On the left are all the active meeting types' names/titles, and across each type, you can see the duration and workspace it belongs to.
Once all your reps do this, all meetings booked on a personal link will be associated with a workspace meeting type. As an admin, you can view this with the workspace dashboard in Chili Piper, helping with internal reports or any other tasks you need to complete.
