In this topic, we would like to hear how you have been handling fake, spam, and public domains from booking meetings with your reps!
From Chili Piper's side, we can always add extra rules within your meeting queues to disqualify unwanted domains from booking meetings with your reps, consequently affecting your Round-Robin calibration.
Some examples of queue rules that can be used:
We recommend using the containsnoneOf operator to use multiple domains (comma separated) in the same rule and the not contains one if you'll use only one domain per rule.
Also, if you're a Salesforce user, remember to replicate the Lead and Contact objects rules!
We also understand that you may not want these annoying submissions to hit Chili Piper, so you may need to consider some "extra steps" from a form/website level to ensure that. In this article, we list some best practices from those sides as well!
