Handoff Benefits and Tips
Hey, Chili users!
Which benefits, improvements, and tips have you noticed after using the Handoff product? Share your experience below!
Reps can't afford to waste time. With Chili Piper, instantly route based on pre-defined criteria and schedule handoff meetings without fumbling or toggling.
We gathered a few tips on ensuring you get the most benefits from the Handoff functionality.
- With your integrations properly set, the booker should have an updated view from your calendar, following your working hours and busy slots. From a CRM perspective, we should be able to find existing objects and, if needed, create them. Lastly, meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and so on) also depend on an integration adequately set in your Personal Settings.
-
Setting up rules according to your business needs is beneficial to ensure prospects will be routed accordingly during the Handoff process. A meeting queue can be Ownership-based or Round-Robin based. There’s no limit to queues that can be created!
- In a Round-Robin, Chili Piper will also count each meeting booked to an assignee and show the next rep to be prioritized (), ensuring a fair distribution among all assignees. You can set a strict Round-Robin to “force” the bookers to select the next in line.
- The Availability for All functionality can be used to have a broader view of your team’s availability easily and quickly, ensuring that the prospect will have a slot to be accommodated if the next in line can’t make it, for example.
Note: Queues should be activated in your Handoff Router section to be visible for bookers, and users should have a Handoff license to book meetings onto other assignees’ calendars within a queue.
Tell us about your experience and how your company has been using Handoff! We would love to hear it!
Take care!
