Handling Webinar and Events
Hey there!
Ensuring that your Chili Piper account is properly configured to handle all meetings booked during a Webinar is something that you can easily achieve by creating a custom schedule within your meeting templates!
Let's explore a little bit more about this topic but we are curious to know if you have any other ways to handle your future webinars! 😄
Within our meeting type settings, we have a feature called Working Hours where you can set a custom schedule that will be applied to all Hosts whenever a meeting is booked using that specific template:
You can also set one specific Timezone to be respected and the specific time range that you want to apply to your meeting template:
You can use this custom schedule to set the availability that should be applied to your hosts, associate this meeting template to a queue and use the queue link to book the meetings during your webinar.
Also, you can create a Smart Booking Link to be used during your Webinar by following the instructions presented here. The Smart Booking Link is a good way to pass your customer's data into some dynamic fields during your Event.
Let us know how you've been handling this for your Chili Piper account and if you have any doubts about it! 😉
