Tips to keep meetings private (or not)
Hey, Chili users!
We heard that keeping some meetings private is something that you would like to have, as you possibly don't want all appointments visible to the booker while they're checking your calendar to book something, for example.
How have you been handling scenarios like this from your side?
Depending on your organization's calendar integration, there are two places we advise checking on this.
If your company is connected to O365 (Outlook), a checkbox exists to show or hide event titles in the workspace settings. If you're an admin user, please go to the workspace setting to ensure the one below is checked.
If your company is connected to Google, there isn't a workspace setting for hiding the event's title as we have for Office 365, as it inherits sharing permissions set in Google, so you might ask the user whose calendar events name/title can't be seen to check their sharing permission in Google.
The calendar sharing permission can be found by going to the setting below in Google Calendar and ensuring Chili Piper is set to "See all event details" to ensure you or any booker will have an accurate view from your calendar.
