Multiple users' availability in Chili Piper
Hey, Chili users!
We heard that having visibility of multiple users' availabilities is a very important use case, helpful in scenarios where you need to have people from multiple departments host a call with a prospect.
How have you been handling multiple availabilities in your org? We would love to hear it!
Within Chili Piper, there are some ways to achieve that:
1 - Group Booking Link
This option for Instant Booker / Handoff workspaces will generate a unique link with all required users. You can mark which one will be the host, which one will be mandatory or optional, and also select the meeting template used in the booking process.
Please note that users marked as Optional will not have their availability considered but will still be added to meetings.
The option to create such links will be available for Workspace or Super Admins, so you may need to reach out to one of them to have a link created for you!
If needed, we also have a detailed step-by-step over here on how to create a group booking link from scratch.
2 - Group Booking Queues
Available on Concierge workspaces, a Group Booking Queue is also an option to achieve this!
Similar to the above option, you can also set who'll be the host (Main Assignee), which users will be mandatory or optional, and the meeting template.
This option is also available to be created only by Workspace or Super Admins, and we also have a quick step-by-step here
3 - Handoff
When viewing a queue in Handoff, in a Handoff/Concierge workspace, you can view multiple people's availability in that queue by using the "Show availability for all" feature seen in the screenshot below:
You'll see blocks in different colors to help you choose the best slot for the meeting:
Red: No one is available at that time
Grey: Some reps are available
White: All reps in the selected queue are available
