Crediting users (bookers) from booking URLs
Hey, Chili Users!
Do you know you can qualify prospects from your booking link and give credit to a user (like a BDR/SDR, for example) as the meeting booker?
Your BDRs/SDRs can share your inbound router link to qualify prospects and get the credit for booking the meeting simply by adding a dynamic field "by" followed by their "firstname-lastname" in Chili Piper to your inbound router link.
For example, I am an SDR, and my personal link is https://calendar.chilipiper.io/book/me/oladele-ogunade
This would be the inbound router link sent out to receive credit as the booker of the meeting https://calendar.chilipiper.io/book/inbound-router?by=oladele-ogunade
⚠️ The link name has to be exact as it appears in the BDR/SDR link name in Chili Piper.
As a BDR/SDR this link name can be found on your Booking Links page in Chili Piper. As an admin the individual booking links for your team are under the Active Users screen.
As an admin in Chili Piper, you can find the Inbound Router URLs under the "Embed for your form" section of the Inbound Router inside Chili Piper.
💡 The parameter by=firstname-lastname
can also be used with other links, such as queue and personal links. The rule evaluation and routing happen from the router link, but these options can also be explored based on your use case.
We also have other parameters that can be added to a booking URL to spice your meeting flow - click here if you'd like to learn more about it!
