Allan Cheow - To The Rescue!

Allan Cheow - my Senior Customer Success Manager has been and continues to be a rockstar! I am a Marketing Automation Specialist who primarily works in HubSpot, Salesforce, Outlook and other platforms for his daily work. However, in the 2 months I've been at my current organization I was tasked (a bit out of left field) with overseeing our core meeting software, Chili Piper, and making any and all updates that my colleagues needed. I came to realize quickly while simultaneously learning the platform from the ground up that the way it was managed / organized previously was not ideal nor optimized to say the least. Two meetings in and Allan has helped me understand the software better, realize how it works in a more streamlined manner, increase my knowledge base with the terminology and much more. We are working together to update a ton of individual uses cases while also finding ways to optimize our usage in significantly improved ways moving into the future. I have another meeting with him next week and I look forward to it as working with him to get things fixed, organized and ironed out has been awesome. Thanks!
