    Hey, Sabrina!

Hope this message finds you well! Thanks for sharing this with our Community!

Something you can evaluate is, after selecting the meeting type, navigating to the "Schedule" tab and using the "Specific Date Range" setting in the Availability Range section.

Then, you can set an end date that already happened, like my example above. The meeting type's link should look like this:

If you want to re-enable it, you can update the end date to some date in the future or switch back to "Relative Date Range."

Please don't hesitate to reach out again if you need any further clarification - I'll be happy to help! 😄️

Wish you a great day ahead!

Hey Jorge Ferreira Filho, thanks for the solution. Is there a faster way to do so? It seems like the "inactive" toggle should serve that purpose; I thought it was odd that it merely removed the possibility of being selected as the default meeting type.

    You're welcome, Sabrina!

I'm not sure if it's feasible for your use case, but if you use a queue link, you can deactivate its public link in the setting below, and this will make the queue link unusable:

From a meeting-type perspective, I'm afraid that we don't have any options in one click, like the way you activate or deactivate those, for example. As you correctly mentioned, deactivating a meeting type will disable it from being used across your workspaces, but the link will still be active unless a setting like the one I mentioned above is not applied.

Another workaround from a meeting-type perspective is, in the "Schedule" tab, selecting the "Same schedule for all users" option and deactivating all days.

A similar result can be achieved using a Custom Schedule in your personal profile, too.

Something I would strongly recommend is adding this idea to fully deactivate the link by deactivating the meeting type to our feature request board: https://suggest.chilipiper.com/, as our Product Team monitors this for new feedback constantly and is notified of each suggestion directly.

We have some really exciting things coming in the future, and this may help us to drive them! 😄

Wish you a great day ahead!
