Utilizing Chili Piper to Host Recurring Q&A Sessions

We utilized Chili Piper to set up Q&A Sessions for our Implementation Team.
These sessions are 5x a week, at a set time each day, recurring indefinitely. We have a different Implementation Specialist hosting each session, each session being a different topic, and were able to set up calendars so that these sessions would only show availability the 1x a week each. These sessions free up time in our specialists' day, so they can answer frequently asked questions all at once with our customers, and allow customers to only go to the session where the topic is relevant to issues.
This was a very specific use case, and we were thrilled that Chili Piper could solve for all of the nuanced needs for our Q&A sessions.
