Email notifications sent to the wrong SDR
Hello,
I have 2 SDRs in a same queue. One of them (Brice) is receiving email notifications for meetings that have been scheduled with the other SDR (Juliette - see attachment). I don't find where and how to fix this. FYI Brice is the default booker of my queue. Could you help me to fix this?

These notifications are currently received by the queue's Default Booker, and at the moment, we don't have a setting to toggle them off.
Our recommendation would be to create a rule in Gmail to auto-forward such e-mails to a different folder or consider using a different Default Booker. We have customers that use "non-human" users (like "Chili Piper Integration", for example) as the Default Booker to avoid a similar scenario - if this user has a valid CRM and calendar connection, that should do it too.
We have some upcoming and exciting features coming this year, and I believe that this matter should be addressed with those, but you can also vote and comment on this feature request to provide more visibility to our Product Team.
