Robbie Wiggins is the guy you want on a call
Working with Robbie has been one of the best experiences I've had for implementation. His relaxed attitude combined with deep product knowledge makes every call pleasant and less intimidating.
Our ChiliPiper implementation didn't go as smoothly as it could have because of some legacy SFDC setup on our side and Robbie was patient with us and helped us work through it without being pushy or annoyed with all of the troubleshooting and questions we ran into.
One of the main reasons I recommend ChiliPiper to my network is because of great the implementation process was, and the fact that Robbie is always around to answer a question here and there now that we're up and running - plus, it's a great product.
