Pre-filling guest email
Hi, I'm trying to connect chilipiper links to an external tool, and want to pre-fill the customer's name and email address so they don't have to type it in again.
Based on this article, https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053021614-Pre-filling-Chili-Piper-Form-via-Booking-Link, it looks like I should be able to do it with URL parameters that match the field names.
However, when I try on my own scheduling link, it doesn't flow through. https://elephantenergy.chilipiper.com/me/josh-levinger?test@example.com
Do I need to do anything special to the Default Meeting to get this to work?

This documentation refers to our Legacy platform, while your account was already created in our new Demand Conversion Platform, but we still can achieve that there!
To pass the e-mail parameter in a Scheduling Link, you would need to pass the id= parameter in the link, having it like this: https://elephantenergy.chilipiper.com/me/josh-levinger?id=test@example.com
If there's a CRM record with the same e-mail as you passed in the URL, the prospect will be able to only select the slot and have the meeting booked, with no form to be displayed.
Also, ensure you have the setting below toggled in your Meeting Types to make that happen:
