Access to Lead/Customer Data in postMessage Events from Booker/Concierge
Howdy,
We have a need to access the email and phone number of the person booking a meeting through an embedded calendar/link. This is to support 1st party analytics tools (and adtech such as Google's Enhanced Conversions and Meta's Advanced Matching) that may SHA256 1st party data like email/phone to fill in gaps when other methods (like click or other cookie identifiers) are not available.
It doesn't seem like Chili Piper exposes the submitted data in the postMessage events it emits from the booking tool (other booking tools do offer this). Is this something that can be investigated? This is more of an issue when you aren't using a router/concierge flow (where you would know the users email/phone before they pick a date/time slot).
Thanks,
- Derek
