Pull Custom Dynamic Field into Meeting Title
Hi!
I'd like to be able to have a custom dynamic field from the Guest Form populate as part of my meeting's title. The ideal scenario would be:
- Individual completes a guest form, including a required field of "Call Topic" - either single line input (max 80. chars) or multiple choice from a drop-down
- The info that they provide would be accessible as a dynamic field of some kind - ex. {CallTopic.Response}.
- That dynamic field could then be added to the Calendar Invite for a given Meeting Type.
Setting this up would enable all stakeholders to know the topic of discussion before the meeting takes place. This would also remove any need for me to manually source the topic or amend the calendar invite manually after it's been created.
Can you please confirm how I can implement this?

Hey Jordan!
Hope this message finds you well! Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, Chili Piper allows you to use Guest Form fields to populate your meeting invite. Your scenario is quite common, and the setup is typically completed by editing the meeting template.

The example in the screenshot above shows our custom dynamic tags being used to populate the title with the Guest's Time Zone and City.
Here's our help guide discussing more on Dynamic Tags https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/33573606920339-Dynamic-Tags-for-Meeting-Types-and-Reminders-Demand-Conversion-Platform
I recommend reaching out to our Customer Love Team at support@chilipiper.com if you have further questions or need support with implementation. Our initial response time when you contact support is currently under 10 minutes.
I hope you have a great day and a wonderful week ahead!
