How do I access the Distribution Report for Distro?
To access the Distribution Reporting for Distro, you must be a Workspace Manager or Admin. Click " Reporting on the left navigation panel, then Distribution Report
The initial view will be the Distribution Reporting Home Page, which will be covered in the next section.
Distribution Report Home Page
To start, click Record Distributions in the header.
Remove any other products in the product filter and leave only Distro. Other products also distribute records, so this isolates the results for Distro.
Let's see more details about each piece of information available on the home page:
-
Timeframe: At the top, you will see the Timeframe dropdown to select the time period you want to filter. We will display some pre-defined and commonly used options like "Last 24 hours", "This Week", and "This Month", but you can also use the "Custom" option to build something not covered by the pre-defined options. The default is Last 24 Hours.
-
Trend: After selecting the Timeframe, you will see a trend panel showing the numbers for Records Assigned and Reassigned within that period. You will also see a comparison showing whether each category increased or decreased compared to the previous period.
- Search: Moving down, you can search for any specific Distribution in the search bar.
- Distribution Name: Over here, you can select the Distribution you want to have a more detailed view. Click View to open a new page with further details.
- Used In: A quick list of where Distributions are used, including Scheduling Links (when applicable) and Flows.
- Team: The Team associated with each Distribution
- Records Assigned: The number of records assigned in the given period.
- Records Reassigned: The number of records reassigned in the given period, i.e., moved from one assignee to another.
Detailed Record Distribution History
After selecting a Distribution on the Distribution Reports Home Page, you will be redirected to this page, where you will be able to see specific details about the distribution within each Distribution.
You will land on the Overview page, which shows details similar to the Home Page, but specific to that Distribution. To isolate the data to Distro, remove other products.
The Used In page will list where this Distribution is used.
Distribution History
On this page, you should see further details of what happened across your Distribution. On the left, you can filter by Dates, Team Members, and several Event Types.
On the right-hand side, you should see the history of your Distribution based on the filters you have applied. For example, after each record assignment, you should see a log showing who was set as next in line after that, helping you to better understand how prospects are being distributed.
We recommend using filters to narrow your search, especially if you have Distributions with a large number of users and meetings.
If you are looking for any specific prospect name or email, command or control + F can be helpful.
